Baby A and ...

Our daughter is having twins. This weekend she shared the ultrasound pictures with us. They call the baby on the right baby A & she's definitely a girl! They call the baby on the left Larry...really!!! Might be a girl too. I appreciate that.

Early Morning Run

Best time to run is just before sunrise. As you make your way through your miles, the promise of a new day energizes your body, clears your mind and awakens your soul.

Pipe Rail Fence

You would not know it by looking at it but this pipe rail fence says a lot about my running.  Look at the top rail of the fence.  The rust stain that permeates about a 12 inches of the metal railing took me nearly 7 years to create.  The fence  is located at the end of our street about two houses away from our home.  When I finish my morning run it has always been my practice to walk to the end of the block and grab the top of the rail with my sweaty palm as part of my cool down.  If I keep this up another 20 years I should be able to corrode the pipe completely in half.
