Marathon preparation
New running shorts, singlet, Clif bar, toe spacers, new Balaga Dynamix running socks, GT 2170 running shoes, gentle tape first aide wrap, sports beans and GU energy gel, draw string lock clips, body glide, body heat patch patches, road ID running bracelet, plastic bag in case I hyper ventilate (don't ask), cool bandanna, cool sunglasses, strap to keep my sunglasses on my head, aloe gator total sunblock, headphones and iPhone cool windbreaker with cool pin-striping, purple feathers to tie to the back of my sun glass strap. (after all it is San Francisco) Marathon confirmation letters, Hotel confirmation letter & and plenty of attitude.

Walk for Life
This morning Tina and I went for an 8 1/2 mile walk before work. It is a glorious time of day for a walk and a terrific way to start your day. Oh yeah, and I ran a mile.

Fruits of Our Labor
We have been enjoying our home grown cherry tomatoes for the past several weeks. Today I picked some Early Girl tomatoes and Jalapeño peppers. The tomatoes are so juicy!
